1. Free Simulation & No Monetary Value

Juparevon Coral Scope is a complimentary browser-based simulation designed for educational, recreational, and scientific observation evaluation. There are no in-app purchases, financial transactions, or monetary stakes. All simulation points, energy pools, and scores hold zero monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or tangible goods.

2. Intellectual Property

All simulation code, proprietary design layouts, brand names, visual assets, and graphical logos are the exclusive property of Juparevon Marine Ventures Pty Ltd and are protected under Australian intellectual property laws.

3. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Juparevon Marine Ventures Pty Ltd disclaims all liability for uninterrupted browser rendering or device compatibility issues, subject to non-excludable consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
